Mr. Gugu has a background in Law and Finance and overtime he has refined his interests to entrepreneurial financing.

He runs Invhestia Africa Limited, a company that trains on and develops financial models for startups, SMEs, Corporates, NGOs etc to aid them in removing gambles from key financial decisions.

In addition, Mr. Gugu is a lecturer at Strathmore Business School where he runs the Private Equity and Venture Capital program.

Some of the key questions he shall look at include:

• Should you be founding a business?
• What is the right way of founding a business?
• How do you exit a business?
