Overview

The CIM Level 4 Certificate in Professional & Digital Marketing is designed for marketing executives or junior marketers working in a support role or simply undertaking marketing as part of their job. Successful completion of the certificate will establish the knowledge, skills and understanding you need to be able to perform within the position of a ‘Marketing Executive’ and to carry out an essential and successful professional marketing role within the workplace.

The Certificate will also offer you progression to all Level 6 CIM qualifications.

The CIM Level 4 Certificate in Professional & Digital Marketing has 4 modules and takes approximately 12 months to complete. By taking one additional module, you can gain the CIM Extended Certificate in Professional & Digital Marketing.

This qualification is the equivalent to the first year of a foundation degree, which means you will need to meet at least one of these criteria:

  • CIM Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Professional & Digital Marketing qualification
  • Any relevant level 3 qualification
  • A degree in another field other than Marketing
  • Professional practice (suggested one year in a marketing role) and diagnostic assessment onto level 4

The assessment methodology for all modules contained within the CIM Level 4 Certificate and Extended Certificate in Professional & Digital Marketing are Onscreen assessments utilising Multiple Choice Testing. All assessments are employer-driven, practitioner-based, relevant, and appropriate for business needs.
